- 15ml vanilla syrup (alternatively use 15ml simple sugar syrup and 2 large dashes of vanilla essence
- 6-8 Mint leaves
Method: Muddle mint and sugar together add Cockspur Old Gold and shake with ice. Double strain into chilled martini glass
