Cockspur Mojito

- 50ml Cockspur Fine Rum
- 2 barspoons caster sugar
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- Soda optional
Method: Muddle mint, sugar and lime together, add crushed ice and stir. Add Cockspur Rum to perfection then top with soda.
Glass: Large rocks
Garnish: Sprig of mint
