Cockspur Gold Old Fashioned

• 1 white or brown sugar cube
• 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 10ml soda water
• 50ml Cockspur Old Gold Rum

Method: Muddle sugar cube with the angostura bitters and soda water, this will create a syrup residue, add 6-8 hard ice cubes and carefully add in Cockspur Old Gold.
